“Hello, I’m Sahajo, and I warmly welcome you to Sahajo’s. The name ‘Sahajo’ was gifted to me by my Satguru, Ganga Mira, and it embodies the natural, effortless state of being we can all return to.
My path to becoming a holistic healer has been a deeply personal and transformative one, beginning in 2015 with a profound heartbreak that unexpectedly opened me to a journey of spiritual awakening. Through exploring various spiritual practices, I connected with insightful healers who saw in me the unfolding journey of a healer.
Life then presented me with further challenges, including a car accident that left me with a broken back and years of pain. It was through this experience, and the subsequent journey of healing my own traumas, that I truly understood the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As I began to heal my inner wounds, my body also began to mend.
This journey led me to incredible teachers and experiences, from the profound wisdom of Indian Gurus to the powerful practices of Ancient Traditions and the subtle yet potent touch of energy work. I’ve been blessed to learn from many, including a Shiatsu therapist of remarkable purity, the energetic insights of the Wild Geese group, and the ancient wisdom of my current Indian mystic teacher. A dear friend of mine, and great teacher in his own right, has also profoundly shaped my understanding of ancient journeying and life itself.
The Sacred Blessing I carry the formal blessing of my Teacher to share the ancient rituals listed on this site. My Teacher takes great care to ensure the proper ripeness, readiness, and protection of the practitioner. This sacred oversight ensures that your journey is held in a container of deep integrity, safety, and spiritual alignment.
The connection I’ve cultivated with the cosmos, guided by the healing mantras I’ve received from my Indian Teacher, infuses all the services I offer:
