Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be requested via our website form or telephone. Your appointment is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or message from Bojan.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
I value your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No fee or issue.
- Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session price (or a fixed fee of your choice) to cover the lost time and preparation.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, any future bookings will require full payment in advance.
4. Arrival Time
For holistic and Shamanic sessions, please arrive (or be ready online) 5 minutes before your scheduled time to settle into the space. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to remain fair to the next client.
5. Upfront Payment Requirement
To secure your session, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Your appointment slot is held for 24 hours after your request; if payment is not received within this window, the slot will be released to other clients.
