Rooted in Energy: My Lineage & Qualifications

I believe that the depth of a healer is determined by the clarity of their own field and the strength of the traditions they represent. My practice at Sahajo is the result of over a decade of immersion in energy medicine, traditional apprenticeships, and formal initiations.

Every method I have studied served as an essential foundation, preparing the “vessel” for the ancient Siddha wisdom I carry today.

Siddha Medicine Tradition (Initiated 2025)

A Decade of Energy Medicine (The Foundation)

  • Reiki Mastery: My journey began with over 10 years of dedicated Reiki self-practice. In 2018, I completed an 8-month intensive immersion into various Reiki modalities to master the transmission of healing light. This decade of work was the “vessel” I built to handle the higher-intensity traditions that followed.
  • Traditional Mentorship: In 2019, I spent a year in close apprenticeship with my first Guru, learning the essential discipline of the Master-Disciple lineage.
  • Advaita Vedanta: My understanding of the “steady mind” and non-duality was further refined through the Advaita lineage of Ganga Mira.

My current work is centered within the ancient Hindu Siddha Medicine tradition. After years of seeking, I found the depth I required under the guidance of my current Guru. I have been formally initiated into this lineage, a transition that has profoundly refined my perception of elemental balance and the subtle body. My previous 10 years of energetic study were the necessary groundwork that allowed me to step into this ancient alchemy with integrity.

Shamanic Path & The Spirit of the Drum (2018–Present)

My connection to Shamanism began in 2018. In 2019, I entered into a sacred blood pact ceremony, forging a profound, lifelong bond with the spirit of my drum. Rather than just a tool, the drum is a living partner in my healing sessions. Since 2021, I have maintained a consistent monthly rhythm of ceremonies, continuing to learn from diverse elders and teachers along the way.

A Commitment to Integrity

Beyond formal initiations, I have dedicated hundreds of hours to the study of Satsang and sacred texts to steady the mind and deepen my understanding. This ongoing work ensures that the space I hold for you is rooted in both ancient philosophical truth and a lived, steady transmission.
