Session 1: The Recognition of Mastery
Exchange with a 4-year Reiki Master
In this session with a seasoned healer, the “masks” of our personas fell away. Despite my own initial doubts after a long day, the energy spoke for itself. He noted a “veteran feel” to the practice—a reminder that Reiki moves through us regardless of our temporary human fatigue.
- The Insight: A week later, I realized that through this work, many internal limitations and doubts have dissolved. The practice is becoming subtler, and with that subtlety comes a higher vibration.
Session 2: Harmonizing Consciousness
Exchange with Rachel (Level 2)
This session presented a unique challenge: the client began performing Reiki alongside me. While it is often easier to work with a receptive client, we shifted the perspective. Instead of a simple interaction between two people, we allowed the session to be guided by the Universe itself.
- The Result: We ended immersed in a soft, white universal energy. It was a powerful lesson in flexibility and growth.
Session 3: The Radiance of Experience
Exchange with a Senior Reiki Master
Some healers carry their light so clearly that “certificates” are unnecessary. Though our time was cut short by my duties as a parent, the healing was palpable.
- The Reflection: Even a short session can be profound when two people are deeply aligned with the light.
Session 4 & 5: Lineage and Depth
Exchange with Adam (Master & Teacher since 1995)
Working with a practitioner of a strong, traditional lineage provided a beautiful ground for comparison. Our 30-minute exchange was described as intense and transformative. Adam felt a connection to a deep spiritual experience from his past, noting that this is “not typical mainstream Reiki.”
- The Connection: We found common ground in seeing Reiki not just as a tool, but as a divine energy arising from within.
Session 6: Supporting the New Generation
Exchange with a Practitioner from Finland
A session focused on clearing the path for a younger practitioner. By the end, the flow of energy around the head was clear and revitalizing. I am happy to support her journey with meditations to ensure her practice continues to flow.
